1. How are the bats personalized?
The inscriptions and logos on our bats are made from high-quality vinyl, similar to what is used for advertisements on the sides of race cars. The lettering is applied through a careful process and then two coats of polyurethane are applied over the lettering and the rest of the bat, to help protect the letters and give the bat a beautiful shine. This process results in sharp, durable lettering.
2. How much does it cost to have my name on the bat?
Personalizations of up to 3 lines of text on the barrel are available at no additional charge.
3. Do you have other colors available?
Yes, we also have other colors available on request. We can make the bats almost any color, and we can paint them so they have your team's colors if you would like. Email if you need a different color other than what is listed on the website and we will get back to you regarding whether we will be able to make your bats with the colors you request.
4. Can you make a certain model of bat?
We can make some of the more common models, listed on the Bat Models page. If you would like a different model, you can either send us a cracked bat for us to dupliate or send us the specs (handle size, barrel size, knob style, etc.) and we can do our best to turn a bat similar to the model you describe.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary based on quantity of bats and where they will be shipped to. Within the continental U.S., the average rate is around $10, outside the continental U.S., the rate will be somewhat higher.
6. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship all over the world, however, the shipping rates may be significantly higher than they would be to ship within the U.S.
7. Can I have my team's logo on the barrel of the bat?
If you would like a logo on the barrel of the bat, we will need a sticker or decal of the logo sent for each bat. We can then apply the sticker to the bat prior to coating the bats with polyurethane, which will protect the decal.
